Time to head off to the beach, where my mother used to like to spend time. We packed up the car, picked up a cooked chicken & chips & enjoyed a picnic at the beach. The children played on the playground, collected shells & had a lovely time.
Back home again for soup & toast for dinner!! Nice quiet night relaxing in front of the tv!

Mother's Day 2013
I was woken up to the sound of little feet bringing in pressies for Mum & Nan to open. Everyone was very excited!!
There were the kinder pressies which were designer shopping bags calico specially designed by the children. Then there was a couple of things that just appeared!!!
They all went off to McDonalds to bring, a home cooked breakfast home to me!(better this than my DD burning my house down, trying to cook) it was lovely, us all sitting around the table celebrating Mothers Day.
